Step 1: Material Selection

Steel pipes are the most fundamental and crucial component in equipment installation. Beilai Playground uses thickness from 2.0 mm-3.25 mm for the steel pipes. Beilai Playground steel pipes are subject to third-party inspection by customers.

Beilai Playground’s steel pipes are hot-dip galvanized. The entire pipe is immersed in a molten zinc bath to prevent rusting.In comparison, But some companies use cheaper processes, such as “electroplating coating”. Such steel is not genuine galvanized steel, and those pipes are prone to rust.

Step 2: Manufacturing & Processing

1.Core structure processing and treatment

All metal frames have undergone fully automatic pipe bending, welding and deburring treatment to ensure smooth interfaces without sharp corners. The wooden and plastic components are precisely ground and rounded to form smooth and safe curved surfaces, fundamentally eliminating potential safety hazards.

2.Environmentally friendly surface treatment and coating process

All components are treated with environmentally friendly and non-toxic coatings and soft packaging materials for infants and young children. For different structures, we apply seamless covering, high-frequency welding and other processes to ensure that the surface is firm, beautiful and easy to clean, providing children with a safe and harmless contact surface.

Step 3: Strict Testing

2：Each function has undergone full-process operation testing and dynamic scene simulation to verify its reliability and smoothness under various usage conditions.

3: We meticulously inspect the safety of the materials, the edge treatment process, and the firmness of the connection points to ensure that the product maintains outstanding quality and worry-free experience throughout long-term use.
